Shipping and Delivery
Delivery area
At the moment we deliver only inside the United States. Some places may be harder to reach, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) and other U.S. territories. If your address is outside what we can serve, checkout will say so, or we will contact you once the order is in.
Order processing and transit time
We pack orders Monday to Saturday, and orders placed before 10:00 PM ET go into that day's processing. After that, delivery usually takes an estimated 3 to 6 business days. These are estimates and not promises: carriers, weather and busy periods can all slow a parcel down.
What shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on every eligible U.S. order, and there is no minimum spend. If a fee ever applies, you will see it at checkout before you confirm payment.
Carriers and tracking
Your parcel can be handled by several logistics partners on its way to you, and the final delivery may be made by UPS, FedEx, USPS or a local carrier. We email you a tracking link as soon as one exists, though it can take a short while to start showing movement. You can also look your order up on our Track an order page.
Wrong addresses, delays and missing parcels
Please double-check your delivery address before paying. If you notice a mistake, email support@susy-jewelry.com right away. We can often fix an address while the order is still waiting to be processed, but not after it has shipped. If a parcel is refused, not collected, or sent back because the address was incomplete, get in touch and we will look at sending it again or refunding it. Where the law permits, extra carrier charges may be passed on to you.
If nothing has arrived 10 business days after your order date, write to us with your order number. We may ask you to confirm your address, send tracking screenshots or ask neighbours and the local carrier, and we aim to finish our investigation within 5 business days.
If we think your order will arrive later than estimated, we will tell you by email, and you can either keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.
