Return and Refund

Changed your mind or not happy with a piece? You can send it back within 30 days of the delivery date. It needs to be unused, in the condition it arrived in, and returned together with your proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Fill in our return request form with your order number and the email address you ordered with. After we confirm the request, we email you the return address and the steps to follow.

Returned parcels go to China. Please ship them with a tracked service and keep the tracking number. You pay the return postage, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong one.

Your refund

When the parcel reaches us and we have inspected it, the price of the item is refunded to the payment method you used. If you return something only because you changed your mind, the original shipping cost is not refunded. We process refunds quickly once the return has arrived.

Damaged, incomplete or wrong items

If your piece arrives broken, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, send us a return request within 7 days of delivery and add photos. We will replace it or refund it, and where the problem is on our side, we also cover the return postage.

Colors and finish

Plating and stone colors can look a little different in real life than on a screen, and the pictures on this site are AI-created illustrations. If a piece arrives with an obvious color or plating defect, contact us and we will sort it out under this policy.

Worn, altered or incomplete pieces may not qualify for a return.
