Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Susy Jewelry is run by Ventaro LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us", "our"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy, which covers people who visit our website, buy from us, or get in touch by email or any other way.

We may change this policy by publishing a new version on this page, so please look at it now and then. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

2. What we collect

About visitors: IP address, browser and device type, device and advertising identifiers, the pages and products you look at, cart and checkout activity, how you reached the Site (for example the ad you clicked), and an approximate location worked out from your IP address.

About customers: full name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details and payment status. Card details are typed in with our payment providers, and we never receive or keep your full card number.

About people who write to us: your name, your email address and anything else you decide to send, such as order numbers or photos of an item.

If you do not give us the information we need to process an order, we may be unable to supply products to you or to answer your request.

3. How we get it

Most of it comes directly from you, when you place an order, contact us or sign up for emails. Some is collected automatically through cookies and similar tools. We also receive information from payment, shipping, analytics, advertising and fraud-prevention providers who help us run the shop.

Where you allow it, we also use advertising pixels and similar technologies on the Site. They collect information about how you use the Site and pass it to our advertising partners, as explained in sections 5 and 6.

4. What we use it for

We use personal information to: (a) take, process and deliver your orders, including payment, shipping and tracking; (b) deal with returns, refunds and customer service requests; (c) send order confirmations, shipping notices and other messages about your order; (d) operate, secure and improve the Site and our products, including by analyzing how the Site is used; (e) personalize your visit, for example by remembering your cart and preferences; (f) prevent fraud and protect our customers, the Site and our rights; (g) meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and answer lawful requests; and (h) send marketing emails when you have asked for them or the law permits.

We will not use your information for an unrelated purpose unless you agree, the new purpose is closely connected to the original one, or the law allows it.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as far as needed to run the shop. That can include payment providers who process your payment; shipping carriers, logistics partners and suppliers who deliver your order; hosting, IT, cloud and software providers; analytics and advertising providers; fraud-prevention and security providers; email and customer support tools; and our professional advisers, insurers and banks.

We may also disclose information where a law, court or government authority requires it, to protect the safety, rights or property of our customers or ourselves, or as part of a merger, sale of assets, financing or similar business deal.

When you pay, you deal directly with the payment provider, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to what you give it. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Advertising partners. We advertise through the AppLovin platform (AppLovin Corporation) to measure and improve our advertising and to show our ads. Where we run an AppLovin pixel on the Site and you have not opted out, it shares with AppLovin details such as your IP address, device and advertising identifiers, browser information, the pages and products you view, and whether you add to cart, begin checkout or buy, including the order value and items. We do not share sensitive personal information or information about children with AppLovin. Under some state privacy laws this can count as a "sale", as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time through "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal.

6. Cookies

A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, to remember your cart and choices, to understand how people use the Site, and to measure how our advertising performs and show relevant ads.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Advertising and measurement technologies that we add, including the AppLovin pixel, do not run for visitors who reject them. You can change your choice whenever you like through "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer.

Session cookies expire when you close your browser, while persistent cookies stay on your device for a set time or until you delete them. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Site, some provide features such as remembering your preferences, and some measure performance and use.

You can refuse or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, usually under Options, Preferences or Help, although blocking them may affect how the Site works. Many browsers can also send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as an opt-out from the sale or sharing of your information and from targeted advertising.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and longer where tax, accounting, legal or dispute-resolution rules require it. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and limits on who can access data. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to: find out what personal information we hold about you and get a copy; have incorrect information corrected; have your information deleted; opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it beyond what is needed to provide the shop); and not be treated unfairly for using these rights.

In the last 12 months we may have collected the categories of information listed in section 2, and shared identifiers, internet activity and commercial (purchase) information with advertising and analytics partners for advertising purposes, as described in section 5.

To use any of these rights, email support@susy-jewelry.com with your request and the email address you used for your order. We may need to verify who you are first, and we may refuse a request where the law allows. You may also ask an authorized agent to make a request for you. We reply within 45 days, or whatever time the law requires, and you can appeal a refusal by replying to our answer.

10. Marketing emails

If you sign up for, or agree to receive, marketing from us, we may use your name and email address to send news and offers about our products, similar items to ones you have bought, discounts and updates about the Site. You can stop marketing messages at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us. We will still send you messages about your orders.

11. Children

The Site is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from, or share it about, anyone under 18, and we do not use advertising technologies in connection with them. If you think a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International transfers

Our service providers and logistics partners may be based in, or handle information in, countries other than the United States. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is treated in line with this policy.
